TOEPASSELIJKHEID
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle afspraken, behandelingen En transacties tussen de stylist(e) en klant.
AFSPRAKEN EN AANBETALINGEN
Bij het maken van een afspraak wordt €20 van het totaalbedrag als aanbetaling gevraagd. De aanbetaling wordt verrekend met het totaalbedrag na de afspraak. Een afspraak is pas definitief na dat de aanbetaling is voldaan en je een bevestiging hebt ontvangen.
BETALING
Het resterende bedrag dient direct na de behandeling per pin te worden voldaan. Contante betalingen zijn niet mogelijk.
ANNULEREN
Afspraken kunnen tot 24 uur voor de geplande tijd geannuleerd en eventueel verplaatst worden. Bij voorkeur via WhatsApp. Let op: aanbetalingen worden onder geen enkele omstandigheden gerestitueerd.
AANSPRAKELIIJKHEID
De Stylist(e) Is niet aansprakelijk voor schade, allergische reacties of letsel ontstaan tijdens of na de behandeling, tenzij er sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid.
GEZONDHEID & HYGIËNE
Wij verzoeken klanten om ziekte vooraf te melden. De stylist behoud zich het recht voor een behandeling te weigeren bij besmettelijke aandoeningen of slechte hygiëne. Bij elke afspraak moet je haar gewassen, uitgekamd en schoon zijn. Als dit niet het geval is, wordt de afspraak direct geannuleerd
GEZELSCHAP
Vinkey Curls staat voor een persoonlijke en intieme ervaring. We verzoeken je daarom alleen naar je afspraak te komen, tenzij je vooraf iets anders hebt afgesproken.
OP TIJD!
Het is belangrijk dat je op tijd arriveert voor je afspraak. Bij een vertraging van meer dan 15 minuten komt je afspraak helaas te vervallen. Mocht er iets tussenkomen, neem dan direct contact met ons op via WhatsApp.
Indien u niet komt opdagen op uw afspraak kunt u in het vervolg geen nieuwe afspraak meer bij ons maken.

APPLICABILITY
These terms and conditions apply to all appointments, treatments and transactions between the stylist and client.
APPOINTMENTS AND DEPOSITS
When booking an appointment, a €20 deposit of the total amount is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount after the appointment. An appointment is only finalized after the deposit has been paid and you have received confirmation.
PAYMENT
Please note that the remaining balance is due immediately after your appointment and can be paid by debit card only. We do not accept cash payments
CANCELLATION
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, preferably via WhatsApp. Please note: deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
LIABILITY
The Stylist is not liable for any damage, allergic reactions or injury that may occur during or after the treatment, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
HEALTH & HYGIENE
We ask clients to report any illness in advance. The stylist reserves the right to refuse a treatment in cases of contagious conditions or poor hygiene. Your hair must be washed, combed, and clean at every appointment. If this is not the case, the appointment will be canceled immediately.
COMPANY
Vinkey Curls offers a personal and intimate experience. Therefore, we ask that you come to your appointment alone, unless you have made other arrangements in advance.
ON TIME!
It's important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you're delayed by more than 15 minutes, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled. If anything comes up, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
If you don't show up for your appointment, you will not be able to reschedule.
